Deliveries will be made by postal mail or lorry at the customer’s cost and risk. Actual delivery costs will depend on the type of shipment. Costs will be indicated separately on the order and invoice. Should the customer collect the goods, then no delivery costs will be charged. Should goods be shipped outside of Switzerland, then there will be additional charges for local value added tax and any customs duty which is payable. cwinner.ch may subdivide orders into more than one delivery; the customer may thus receive two or more parcels. In such cases they will, however, only be charged once for mailing.
